Sensors:

STI offers
low cost sensors with integral cable and also with MIL 5015 2-Pin connector. The
CMCP-1100 Low cost accelerometer is perfect for a
monitoring system with our CMCP-500 series
monitors/transmitters.
For applications where an extension cable is desired, the
CMCP-1200 series is recommended. Our
CMCP-420VT, a 4-20 mA output vibration transmitter
is well suited to connect directly to one of STI's Analog to Digital
Converters and into your PLC or DCS network. |

Monitors/Transmitters:
|
STI's CMCP-500 series
transmitters and
monitors are a low cost, but very
effective alternative to out dated rack mount systems. The transmitters
condition the incoming signal to a 4-20 mA output, and the monitors also
have programmable alert and danger relays. The 500's work with several
inputs, including: Vibration Acceleration, Vibration Velocity, Vibration
Displacement, Eddy Probe Displacement, Eddy Probe Position, RTD Temp.,
Thermocouple Temp., Solid State Temp., Speed, and process variable. |

Enclosures:
|
STI will Custom Package and Configure an
enclosure for your monitoring system to your requirements. Enclosures are
available in Fiberglass NEMA 4X, Powder Coated Steel NEMA 4, Stainless Steel
NEMA 4X, and Cast Aluminum for Explosion Proof Application.
Displays are available as part of the enclosure
to allow the operators to visually monitor the readings without having to hook
up a data collector. Systems may be ordered with or without displays, with a common display or with individual
digital displays. A channel selector switch is provided for use with a common
display.

Analog to Digital
Converters, Micro PLC, and HMI Systems:
|
STI will include a specified
Analog to Digital Converter for interface to
your existing PLC or DCS network. Let us know what communications protocol is
required (MODBUS or Ethernet TCP/IP), and we can significantly reduce your wiring cost by utilizing an A/D
converter. STI can also package a Micro PLC within our enclosure for a cost
effective alarm/shutdown system.
STI
can also design custom Human Machine Interface (HMI)
systems for your monitoring needs. STI is an authorized Wonderware® Value Added Reseller. We can provide custom operator interface screens depicting machine mimics, trends, current and
historical alarms, etc.
