CMCP7504 Four Channel Machinery Monitoring System, is a Four-Channel Position & Vibration Monitor designed for small and low channel applications such as small steam, gas, and hydro turbines, compressors, pumps and fans to measure position or vibration signals. Measurement settings, alarms and provided outputs are field configurable via software. When ordered, STI will provide the CMCP7504 branded monitoring system (blue front label) with STI's configuration program.

Additional DetailsThe CMCP7504 is capable of monitoring in Velocity, Acceleration, Enveloped Acceleration (gE), Displacement and Thrust Position with Peak, RMS or Peak to Peak detection. Each input is accompanied by an isolated 4-20 mA output, voltage output, alert relay output, danger relay output and two (2) buffered raw signal outputs.
The front mounted BNC buffered outputs allow access to the sensors raw unprocessed signal with a portable vibration analyzer while the analog outputs provide continuous communication facilitating PLC, DCS or SCADA systems. A Modbus TCP/IP output is available at the terminal strip.
