The CMCP5302K is acomplete packaged solution for providing a real time protection system onrotating machinery. The system comes complete with a two Vibration VelocityMonitors, two 100mV/g Accelerometer and two 32' (10m) Accelerometer Extension Cable. A4-20mA output is provided with each monitor to allow PLC or DCS connections.Each monitor has its own independent OK, Alert and Danger relays that can beconnected to a machine control system or notification system. An optional sensoraccessory kit is available to prepare the surface for mounting theaccelerometer.

TheCMCP5300K Series Monitoring Systems are one, two, four and six channelVibration Monitoring Protection System Kits that have been designed for use ontypical rotating machinery such as motors, pumps fans, turbines, compressors,chillers, etc. The CMCP5300K Series accepts inputs from the supplied 100 mV/gaccelerometers, conditions the input signals to velocity and provides a digitaldisplay and alarm status indication.

Analog outputs (4-20 mA) are provided for each channel for interface to a PLCor DCS for trending, alarm and operator interface. The alarm contacts for theOK circuit, and Alert and Danger may be interfaced to machine control andshutdown systems for a complete vibration protection solution. A BNC BufferedOutput Connector is available on each monitor to provide a connection forfurther fault analysis with a vibration data collector, such as SKF's Microlog.The system is a pre-wired turn-key package with power supply, and bright LEDdisplays. The power supply accepts 110 or 220 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz. They areavailable in either an English or Metric configuration.

The CMCP5300K Series Monitoring Systems come standard with STI’sCMCP530A-100A-02R but are also available with any other CMCP500 SeriesMonitors, please contact STI for more information. CMCP770A General PurposeAccelerometers and CMCP602L-32-01-01 Cables are also included. The enclosure isavailable in NEMA 4X Fiberglass, NEMA 4 Painted Steel and NEMA 4X StainlessSteel. An optional sensor installation kit is available to assist in installingthe sensors.
