1. Request RMA from STI
2. Return CMCP630VP to STI and reference RMA Number
3. Place Online Order for CMCP630VP-CAL
4. Select Shipping Method for Return Shipping Type (Ground, Overnight)
Your credit card will be billed upon completion. If any repairs are required, STI will contact you with a quote. Returns without an RMA will not be traceable, ensure to add RMA number to package or documentation.
